time line management with your planner and vendor team on the day of the event.


Ceremony:

30min of guest arrival music via playlist

30min of Cued music or Coordinate of hired live talent for ceremony music

The host property is responsible for supplying power and setup location


Cocktail Hour:

Curated playlist and audio system for cocktail hour background music

Reception:

Cory is guaranteed to be your hired talent for the reception

Music Programming:

  • As your event host, Cory will welcome your guests and perform introductions and announcements as needed

  • Music selection based on client's play / do-not play list, crowd reading, requests and other factors

Equipment included:

Rental, delivery, setup, & breakdown of one (1) commercial sound system consisting of two (2) 12" or 15" speakers, mixer, software controller, wired microphone, & wireless handheld microphone.


Dance Floor Area Lighting:

Stationary (non-moving, non-intelligent) Colored wash lighting system used after dinner when dancing starts to heighten the atmosphere on and around the dance floor. May be synced to the beat of the music.

2 powered speakers, audio mixer, wireless hand held microphone with AA Batteries, laptop computer with Spotify premium or commercial free streaming and all necessary cables.


Tech will be dressed professionally, make necessary announcements, and cue music playlists at the appropriate time.

Client is responsible for creating and submitting playlists 30 days prior to the event.


We recommend making the following playlists:

Playlist 1. Formal Songs for introduction, first dance, parent dance, etc.

Playlist 2. Dinner and favorite filler songs (people won't dance to these but its sets a vibe)

Playlist 3. Must play (Songs to get people singing and dancing)

Your bilingual host will arrive on time, properly dressed in formal or semi-formal attire, and guide your celebration with confident, etiquette-trained announcements and smooth transitions throughout the evening.


This service includes up to 4 hours of emcee coverage (6 PM–10 PM) and travel to Bella Cosa Lakeside Venue. Ideal for weddings and events where clear, culturally fluent communication enhances the guest experience.
