On the wedding Day:

Run of show prep, local travel up to 3hours round trip, and all necessary setup & break down time, & 

time line management with your planner and vendor team on the day of the event.

Ceremony:

30min of guest arrival music via playlist

30min of Cued music or Coordinate of hired live talent for ceremony music

Cocktail Hour:

Curated playlist and audio system for cocktail hour background music

Reception:

Cory is guaranteed to be your hired talent for the reception

Audio Production to include:

• Astera wireless LED pixel tube lights for the dj booth and dance floor area

Music Programming:

• DJ to play music by playlist for guests entering the room, formalities, & dinner.
• As your event host, Cory will welcome your guests and perform introductions and announcements as needed
• DJ to perform / mix live during the dance party following dinner.
• Music selection based on client's play / do-not play list, crowd reading, requests and other factors

Services include:

Ceremony

(1 Hour) Service includes up to 30 minutes of guest arrival music, seating announcements and sound check with your officiant.

Cocktail Hour

(1 Hour) Sound system rental with a microphone for announcements and custom curated music playlist for the cocktail reception.

Reception

(4 Hours) Timeline management & vendor coordination for anything that has cued music on your planner's timeline, DJs music & emcee for guest seating and announcements, formal introductions, signature dances, music playlist for meal service, and professionally mixed music for reception dancing based on your do and do not playlist.

Equipment included:

Rental, delivery, setup, & breakdown of one (1) commercial sound system consisting of two (2) 12" or 15" speakers, mixer, software controller, wired microphone, & wireless handheld microphone.

Dance Floor Area Lighting:

Stationary (non-moving, non-intelligent) Colored wash lighting system used after dinner when dancing starts to heighten the atmosphere on and around the dance floor. May be synced to the beat of the music.

Services include:

Up to 4 hours of continuous onsite coverage for 1 space.

Timeline management & vendor coordination, guest seating and announcements, formal introductions, signature dances, music for meal service, and professionally mixed music for reception dancing based on client's playlist.

Online Music Planning

Delivery, setup, & breakdown in the Tampa Bay Area.

rental equipment:

2 powered speakers, audio mixer, wireless hand held microphone with AA Batteries, laptop computer with Spotify premium or commercial free streaming and all necessary cables.

Tech will be dressed professionally, make necessary announcements, and cue music playlists at the appropriate time.

Client is responsible for creating and submitting playlists 30 days prior to the event.

We recommend making the following playlists:

Playlist 1. Formal Songs for introduction, first dance, parent dance, etc.

Playlist 2. Dinner and favorite filler songs (people won't dance to these but its sets a vibe)

Playlist 3. Must play (Songs to get people singing and dancing)

Playlist 4 songs we love / slow dances

Agreement between Salt Block Hospitality and DJ Cory Barron & CO. dba the Tampa Bay DJ Company to provide the following:

- Up to 4-hours of continuous onsite Professional DJ & Emcee service

- Service & equipment for one event space only.

- DJ to be selected based on availability of staff at the discretion of TBDJCO and its ownership

- Service shall includes online music planning with client and any client upsells are purchased through TBDJCO directly

- 2x speaker sound system for up to 100 guests,

- 1x wireless handheld microphone

- Stationary dance floor area effect light

*Rate of $600 per 4 hour event booking good for 2 years starting 2023.

Renegotiation of rates required in 2025 and will go into effect for event bookings Jan1 2026 - Dec 31 2027

Professional DJ & Emcee service for reception only in one event space.

Service shall includes online music planning, up to 4-hours of continuous onsite service,

Matching DJ Booth provided by soiree estate

5.5 Hours of service

Audio Tech & Emcee to provide (1) sound system and wireless microphone and playlist with media device for the ceremony and cocktail hour. 

DJ/Emcee will plug into the main sound system provided by the venue for the formal Introductions & signature dances, background music for dinner, & live DJ performance for reception dancing.

All audio, microphones, & dance-floor lighting provided by the venue.

This package includes DJ/Emcee services for up to 5 hours with two sound systems: one main sound system for the reception and one satellite speaker system for the ceremony or cocktail hour. Setup, Delivery, and Breakdown included in this fee.

The Designer DJ Booth we built for DFO will be included with this package.

Additional Hours of service and add ons are available for additional fees.

All Weddings must end by 10pm due to county noise ordinance

Main AfterParty Setup and 1 Hour of service

After Party must be onsite at host event property, in a different event space.

2 speakers & 1 mobile lighting system for dance floor area.

In the event you've hired our DJ to provide services for your main reception, we will have a playlist connected to sound system to start the afterparty and quickly mover over the DJ's laptop and mixer from other ballroom space.

A polished, professional MC fluent in Spanish and English will represent Tampa Bay DJ Company at your event. Your bilingual host will arrive on time, properly dressed in formal or semi-formal attire, and guide your celebration with confident, etiquette-trained announcements and smooth transitions throughout the evening.

This service includes up to 4 hours of emcee coverage (6 PM–10 PM) and travel to Bella Cosa Lakeside Venue. Ideal for weddings and events where clear, culturally fluent communication enhances the guest experience.

(No equipment or DJ services included. Travel and professional coordination are factored into the package price.)
